Delete your account and data
How to request deletion
In the app. Tap the settings icon in the top right corner, scroll to the account deletion section and tap the delete button, then confirm. This part of the app is currently in Russian: the button reads «Удалить аккаунт» and the confirmation «Удалить навсегда». The data is deleted immediately.
By email. Write to vadimchasovitin@gmail.com with the subject “Delete account” from the address you sign in with through Google or entered in the questionnaire. If there is no such address, write from any address and give your Google Play order number: we have no other way to confirm that the account is yours, so we cannot act on requests from other addresses without it. We delete the data within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- The account: the name you chose, the Google sign-in link and its address, the questionnaire email if you entered one.
- Your birth moment and time zone, questionnaire answers and the calculated chart.
- People you added for compatibility, together with their birth data.
- Marks on completed materials and opened sections.
- Sign-in tokens: all active sessions end.
What is kept and why
- Payment and subscription records, which accounting and tax law requires us to keep. They are no longer linked to you and contain no birth chart data.
- Technical server logs, kept for a limited time and overwritten automatically.
Subscription
Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription: it was purchased in Google Play and is cancelled there, under “Payments & subscriptions” → “Subscriptions”. Cancel it before deleting the account, otherwise the charges will continue.
